1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of bkk3 ("the Platform"), an online gaming and betting service accessible at bkk3.bet and targeted at adult players in Bangladesh. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Each user may hold only one (1) account on bkk3. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ascertain the legality of your participation.

bkk3 may at any time request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or payment method verification. Account functionality may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bkk3 supports fast and convenient payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). bkk3 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same account holder. bkk3 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are published on the relevant Platform pages. These thresholds may change at the discretion of bkk3.
• bkk3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network disruptions. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. bkk3 reserves the right to freeze funds, delay withdrawals, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable regulations. Users are required to provide satisfactory explanations for unusually large or irregular transactions.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

bkk3 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• bkk3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses have fixed expiry periods, after which unused bonus funds are forfeited.
• Winnings derived from free spins or bonus play that exceed the stated maximum bonus conversion cap will be voided. The cap amount is specified in individual promotion terms.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden on bkk3. Any user found engaging in such activities will have their account immediately closed, all winnings voided, and outstanding balances forfeited where permitted by law:

• Collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage or to exploit any technical vulnerability in the Platform.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or the use of stolen, unauthorized, or fictitious payment methods.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party, or sharing account credentials with any other person, regardless of intent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on bkk3 — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, icons, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of bkk3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bkk3 content without obtaining express written permission in advance. Unauthorized use of Platform content may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkk3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other pecuniary loss, even if bkk3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bkk3 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure at all times. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and account credentials.

9. Amendments to Terms

bkk3 may update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.
